  1. JOB STATEMENT

Responsible for mobile product sales and technical support for export market.

 

  1.  JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in addition to job statement)

 

    1. Understand and implement sales strategies of the company. Assist Head of Export Sales to adjust personnel support area & project and directly participate in project support work. Collecting and analyzing customer requirements and market demands to provide optimal solutions to customers; coordinate in different stages of sales negotiation; conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
    2. Create, manage and own a database with all the necessary documentation (instruction and parts manuals, presentations, quotation tool, marketing, customer success cases, etc.) to provide technical and sales support to the Export Sales Team.
    3. Ensure Export Sales Team and Export Distributors are familiar with product performance & configuration. Prepare and perform product presentations to distributors and customers; participate in technical exchange meetings and technical seminars and other similar activities.
    4. Follow up and collect the latest technical trends in the industry; get to know timely new technologies, new businesses, new devices and provide technical guidance to relevant personnel.
    5. Collect information about the functionality and performance of same type of products on the market and compare with our products to find the advantages and disadvantages.
    6. Assist Export Sales Team to carry out regular visits to design institutes, organize technical exchanges and deepen product promotion.
    7. Responsible for pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical support including but not limited to: technical communication, project design, technical handover, equipment acceptance, design liaison and providing continuous production process improvement.
    8. Supporting marketing team for export sales promotion (e.g. organizing the global DB meeting and some exhibitions out China, customer stories collection, Google advertising etc.)

                                                                                                                                   

  1. Requirements

Essential

      1. Above five years working experience in statistic and mobile crusher and screening industry.
      2. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical major, with technical background of crusher and mining industry equipment.
      3. Can use basic office software, AutoCAD, ProE and other drawing software skills is preferred.
      4. Good English, both speak and written.

Desirable

    1. Adapt to travel all around China and overseas.
