Job Description

1. 负责产品发货视频、产品讲解视频、机器操作培训视频、客户现场视频的策划、拍摄、剪辑，确保社交媒体视频素材定期更新；

Plan, shoot and edit videos covering product delivery, product introduction, machine operation training, and on-site machine performance, ensure regular updates to social media video content.

2. 负责新媒体矩阵内容策划和运营，主要包括微信公众号、视频号、抖音号，以及领英、Facebook、Tiktok等海外社媒平台，定期追踪社交媒体平台的浏览数据、粉丝数据及关键词搜索数据，识别优化机会；

Manage content for the social media matrix, including WeChat Official Accounts, Video Accounts and Douyin, as well as oversea social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok. Regularly track platform metrics, follower data and keyword search trends to identify opportunities for optimization.

3. 协助产品资料的更新、版面优化和归档；

Assist with updating, optimizing and archiving product documents.

4. 协助执行市场活动，包括展会、行业会议、客户日活动、经销商活动等；

Assist in executing marketing events, including exhibitions, industry conferences, customer days and distributor events.

5. 整理市场部物料，管理物料的领取、发放；

Sort marketing department materials and manage their distribution and inventory.

6. 领导安排的其他事项。

Other tasks assigned by management.

任职要求：

Job Requirements

1. 本科学历，媒体传播、影视制作、新闻、广告学等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication, Film, Journalism, Advertising or a related field.

2. 具有摄影摄像、视频剪辑等相关经验，熟练使用视频剪辑软件；

Experience in photography, videography and video editing, proficient in using video editing software.

3. 热爱新媒体工作，熟悉新媒体各平台的特性和运营方法；

Passion for social media work, with familiarity with the characteristics and operational methods of various new media platforms.

4. 较强的创意能力及文案撰写能力；

Strong creative and copywriting skills.

5. 思维活跃，拥抱AI，熟悉AI制作视频、海报等工作流；

Creative mindset, open to AI and familiar with AI workflows for video and poster production.

6. 注重细节，工作责任心强，以结果为导向；

Pay high attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented.

7. 较强的英语书面能力，一般的英语口语能力。

Strong written English skills and basic spoken English skills.
