JOB TITLE: TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, CENTURION, GAUTENG
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources
team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to
help shape the future of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent for
our business.
You will work closely with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and guiding them
through the hiring process. With your expertise, you'll ensure that we continue to build a diverse and high
performing workforce.
In this position, you will report to the Talent, Learning & Development Manager.
This position is mainly located in Centurion, Gauteng.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Talent Acquisitions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, talent sourcing, application screening, interviews, and offer processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop role profiles, and create compelling job descriptions
- Source and engage candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter would be an advantage)
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Build and manage a good talent pipeline of candidates for Market Area Africa
- Contribute to building an employer brand that attracts top-tier talent
- Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, process efficiency, and areas for optimization.
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Support the benefits management processes, inclusive of disability, death, provident fund and medical aid, amongst others
- Facilitate all employee changes in the payroll and HR systems
Employment Relations
- Provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues
- Partner with managers to ensure a high-performance culture within teams
Administration
- Ensure all employee lifecycle administration processes, e.g. new hires, terminations, etc. are complied with
- Ensure all documents are filed correctly
WHO YOU ARE
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- 2 years’ experience working as an HR Generalist
- 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing processes, preferably in a large global organization.
- Experience in the Mining / Engineering / Construction Industry would be an added advantage
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to guide and support hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing and MS office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Copilot, to support data analysis, reporting, and presentation needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple recruitment processes and projects simultaneously.

HARD AND SOFT SKILLS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
- Knowledge of Metso capital equipment products is a plus
- A high degree of precision and attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize various activities to ensure timely and accurate
- compliance with schedule and budget requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with
- visitors, co-workers and management
- Highly motivated with the ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
- Able to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
