JOB TITLE: SENIOR COMMERCIAL INVOICING SPECIALIST, BASED IN CENTURION, SOUTH AFRICA
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Invoicing Specialist, South Africa to join our Invoicing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all necessary functions to ensure customer satisfaction. Primary activities include evaluation of customer queries, coordination of an appropriate invoicing and reporting back to Head of Department.
In this position, you will report to the Head of Quote and Order Management, South Africa
This position is mainly located in Centurion, South Africa.
TEAM YOU BELONG TO
You will join the Invoicing Team and work closely with internal // external stakeholders, such as Management, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, Clients, Supply and the Sales Team.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent response to end users and sales managers
- Process customer queries accurately and in a timely manner
- He/she will also be responsible for preparing invoices for the delivery of goods or services rendered.
- Responsibly for credit and debit notes
- Establish and maintain a good company image within territory by providing exceptional customer service, a professional attitude and up-to-date knowledge of systems that will be used
- Resolve invoice related problems, discrepancies, and customer-related issues working with sales and product support teams
- Demonstrate cooperative team effort within the solutions group and the team
- Position requires excellent customer relations skills, ability to work within a team environment, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Demonstrates dependability and punctuality
- Observes safety regulations and exhibits a concern for safety
- Shows commitment to quality ethics and focuses on meeting the needs and expectation of both the internal and external customers
- Travel (both domestic and international) may be required as needed
- Perform other duties and/or other special projects as required
- Review of billing activities performed by the team
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Salesforce
- SAP
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years’ experience in a customer service or similar role

- Strong drive, and performance orientation
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Well Spoken and ability to stay calm and focussed under high pressure situations
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency-oriented behaviours are required
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure understand time frames and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated / performance driven focus on providing excellent customer service
- Prepared to work flexible work hours to meet deadlines when required
- Strong communication, co-operation and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external interfaces
