Introduction

 

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support, GBPS to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be responsible for the execution of the business line product strategy for sales growth and profitability.  The specialist works with Account Managers and Product Specialists to develop solutions for customers and grow business. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Technical Sales Support.

 

This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX and Cananea, Sonora MX. However, it involves up to 50-70% of travel to Customer Sites.

You will join a team of Technical Sales Support experts dedicated to providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers 

 

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Field Services Engineers. Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and internal stakeholders.  The members in our team are in Mexico. 

 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Lead the execution of product strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in your region.
  • Be the technical partner to Account Managers, helping design tailored solutions for customers.
  • Provide in-depth product support, technical analysis, and on-site expertise.
  • Present compelling value propositions to clients that highlight ROI and innovation.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and market trends to boost sales performance.
  • Collaborate across functions including R&D, Field Services, and Engineering teams.
  • Deliver training, manage CRM data, and support product development initiatives

 

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to assess technical needs, often on-site with customers.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP and engineering documentation.
  • A mechanical or industrial background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
