Introduction
We are seeking a Technical Sales Support, Mill Lining to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be responsible for the execution of the business line product strategy for sales growth and profitability. The specialist works with Account Managers and Product Specialists to develop solutions for customers and grow business. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Technical Sales Support.
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX and Cananea, Sonora MX. However, it involves up to 50-70% of travel to Customer Sites.

You will join a team of Technical Sales Support experts dedicated to providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers
We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Field Services Engineers. Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico.
What you’ll do:
• Support Account Managers with technical expertise for sales cases (low to medium complexity).
• Analyze customer needs and recommend the best mill lining solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations to customers.
• Maintain and share key data: mill performance, liner suppliers, customer goals.
• Generate and follow up on RFQs in Salesforce.
• Review technical proposals, pricing, and sourcing.
• Validate sales orders to ensure alignment with agreed terms.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Support and Proposal Management for more complex solutions.
• Continuously provide feedback to improve tools, processes, and customer experience
Who you are:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1–3 years in technical sales support, mining equipment, or mill lining solutions preferred.
Understanding of grinding mills and mill lining systems. - Familiarity with wear materials and performance optimization.:
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
