Introduction 

 

 

We are looking for a Sr. Administrative Coordinator to join our Crushing Service Products Business Line. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Senior Vice President of Crushing Service Products and the team providing executive-level administrative support and coordinating key business activities, meetings, communications, travel arrangements, and special projects. Your contributions will help ensure leadership effectiveness, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration across the business line. 

 

 

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Crushing Service Products. 

 

This role is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. 

 

Up to 5% travel possible

You will join a team focused on supporting the leadership and strategic initiatives of the Crushing Service Products Business Line. Our team plays a key role in enabling effective decision-making, communication, and coordination across the organization, with a shared focus on operational excellence and business success.

What you'll do 

 

 

 

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Crushing Service Products and their leadership team. 
  • Participate as an adjunct member of the Business Line Leadership Team, assisting with meeting coordination, scheduling, and attendance. 
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa and documentation requirements. 
  • Proactively manage executive calendars, meeting requests, scheduling conflicts, and priorities. 
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of leadership. 
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, company-wide meetings, and employee events, including communications, logistics, materials, and action tracking. 
  • Manage collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams channels, group calendars, shared libraries, and communication resources. 
  • Lead and support special projects, onboarding activities, company events, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. 
  • Maintain and organize confidential business records, documents, and leadership materials in accordance with company policies and best practices. 
  • Act as a trusted business partner to leadership by anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and proactively recommending solutions. 
  • Support annual business planning activities, leadership offsites, and strategic workshops through scheduling, logistics, and communication management. 

 

 

 

 

What you'll bring 

 

 

 

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. 
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. 
  • Demonstrated success meeting deadlines and achieving results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and implementing solutions. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to efficiently manage calendars, scheduling, document preparation, reporting, virtual meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced business environment.
