Senior Field Service Engineer (Crushing)

Metso USA Inc. is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer (Crushing) to perform start up procedure, inspection, commissioning, and customer maintenance/ operator training at customer sites. This is a remote position based out of Brookfield, Wisconsin.  

Required: High School Diploma and 7 years of experience in Technical Service/Field Support on Crusher/related industrial equipment. Employer will also accept an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience in Technical Service/Field Support on Crusher/related industrial equipment.  In addition, the following specific skills are required: 

• 7 years (5 years w/ Associate’s Degree) of experience troubleshooting technical mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and automation related problems;
• 7 years (5 years w/ Associate’s Degree)of experience with hydraulic and mechanical engineering and schematics;
• 3 years (1 year w/ Associate’s Degree) experience with electrical engineering related to mechanical applications;
• 3 years (1 year w/ Associate’s Degree)leading and technically consulting with customer and user personnel;
• 3 years (1 year w/ Associate’s Degree) with new equipment installation and commissioning;
• Up to 90% travel may be required for this position both domestically and internationally at unanticipated worksites;
• Ability to work remotely within 1 hour of a major international airport.
