Introduction

 

We are seeking a Regional Business Support Manager, Aggregates Crusher Wears for Americas region, to join our Aggregates Crusher Wears Product Line team. You will have business responsibility for the area. You will lead Crusher Wears strategy implementation on the area targeting for profitable growth. You will lead and coordinate business cases and growth opportunities. You will also give business and commercial support. You will collaborate and work very closely with Product Line, DMO, MA and distributors.

 

This position can be located in any of our Metso locations in North America.

You will join a team of professionals dedicated to making the Crusher Wears business line successful in close collaboration with our market area and DMO organizations. You are part of Aggregates and Mid-Market Crusher Wears Product Line team.  Our team culture is all about creating value and succeeding together. 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Take charge of business responsibilities for your region, driving success and growth.
  • Lead the implementation of Crusher Wears strategy in your area, ensuring effective execution.
  • Coordinate and lead business cases and growth opportunities, making a significant impact.
  • Provide essential business and commercial support to your area, enhancing operations.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and support tasks related to availability management and inventory control.

  • Proven Experience in Aggregates Business: Leverage your expertise in the aggregates industry to drive impactful results.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Crushers and Crusher Wears: Utilize your technical know-how to optimize crusher performance and wear management.
  • Passionate About Generating Customer Value: Bring your enthusiasm for creating exceptional value to our customers.
  • Strong Business and Commercial Acumen: Continuously improve solutions with your excellent understanding of business and commerce.
