Introduction:

 

We are seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our regional Optimized Mill Lining Product Support team in North and Central America. You will be the primary link among Market Area and End Customers, Business Line specialists and Supply Chain. In this position, you will report to the Manager, Product Support, Optimized Mill Lining.
 
This position can be in York, PA (US), Brookfield, WI (US), Mesa, AZ (US). However, it involves up to 30% of travel per year.

You will join a team of experts committed to find customized solutions for clients looking for an optimized solution and search for multiple variables.

We work closely with internal stakeholder such as Services, Proposals team and engineering. Our team culture is all about being collaborative and innovative, emphasizing safety, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric approach The members in our team are in different locations in North America and other regions like Australia, and Africa.
 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Champion Customer Success: Identify customer goals and deliver compelling value-added sales arguments.
  • Engage with Clients: Visit customers to provide support as needed, with up to 30% travel.
  • Optimize Solutions: Identify opportunities for liner design application and optimization, including material selection, profiles, liner size, and layouts.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop detailed knowledge and follow customers over extended periods.
  • Monitor Performance: Track predictions and results, focusing on wear and mill performance.
  • Leverage Data: Use wear analysis and simulations to provide performance guarantees and promote solutions.
  • Resolve Issues: Support quality and warranty claims investigations and resolutions.
  • Create Growth Stories: Proactively set up optimization projects to generate reference cases and support future business.

 
 
Who You Are:

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience with relevant products.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Mill Lining products is desirable.
  • Support Expertise: High understanding of and experience in support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of grinding processes and mill operations.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in product management, sales, or technical support in the capital equipment or Mill Lining industry.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; Spanish is beneficial
