Field Service Engineer, Analyzers

Metso USA Inc. is looking for a Field Service Engineer, Analyzers to oversee proper installation, commissioning, integration, testing and servicing of analyzing equipment. Position is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. 
 
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience in mineral processing, servicing, installation and commissioning.  In addition, the following specific skills are required:

 
•    5 years of experience integrating, and troubleshooting Analytical instrument systems;
•    5 years of experience with programmable logic-based systems human machine interfaces, I/O interfaces, instrumentation and pneumatic systems; 
•    5 years of experience with data manipulation and analysis interpretation to evaluate equipment performance; 
•    5 years of experience establishing and troubleshooting communication networks; accessing and manipulating various internal computer services; and installing and maintaining various personal computer-based programming software; 
•    3 years of experience interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders to communicate information and plan activities; and, 
•    3 years of experience reading and understanding schematic drawings and applying information to safely plan and execute equipment related activities.
•    Must be willing to travel substantially (up to 70%), both domestic and foreign to various unanticipated client sites.
