Introduction:


 
You will join a team that will introduce you to how a technology machinery company operates. You will be integrated into our Product Technical Support team and start working on internal projects aimed at enhancing our support capabilities. This role may involve, but is not limited to, product technical support, part maintenance, quality tasks, supply chain inquiries, and machine documentation. 

We collaborate closely with Project Management, Product Engineering, Procurement, and Professional Services to ensure the successful design, delivery, and installation of equipment. Our team culture emphasizes meeting customer needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our team members are based in the USA, Finland, and Australia.
 
What you’ll do:
 

  • Work closely with support specialists to provide technical problem-solving. 
  • Develop and enhance technical support tools. 
  • Conduct related engineering calculations. 
  • Engage in hands-on design work. 
  • Collaborate with product management on special projects. 
  • Apply engineering knowledge, principles, and best practices to meet customer needs and specifications. 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality, ethics, and focus on fulfilling both internal and external customer expectations. 
  • Observe safety regulations and prioritize safety. 
  • Understand and interpret PDF and drawing files. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management personnel. 


Who you are:
 

  • Ability to manage engineering work across multiple projects.
  • Experience with NX and Teamcenter is a plus. 
  • Experience in hydraulics and electrical systems is a plus.
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering design principles and machine design, including structural, machining, gearboxes, piping, bolting, manufacturing, welding, casting, NDT methods, and more.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment with strict deadlines and multi-tasking; excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new job-related software.
  • Adhere to and uphold company policies, objectives, goals, safety protocols, and ISO and ANSI quality standards.
