Project specialist

1. Consignment warehouse management. Including: system entry of consignment goods upon arrival, inventory and organization of the arrived materials, issuance of materials for use and their system exit, coordination with users to initiate purchase plans, and assistance to the Julong warehouse in completing order acceptance and entry/exit procedures.
2. Assist customers in material transfer and search.
3. Contact customers to sign service time sheets for chargeable services.
4. Collect arrival documents for grinding mill liner orders, assist the Julong warehouse in completing acceptance and entry, and organize relevant documents.
5. Collect usage records of grinding mill liners, and cooperate with the project manager to sign production confirmation forms.
6. Assist customers in timely unloading and entry of regular orders.
7. Coordinate customer resources to complete return loading and exit procedures.
8. Other temporary issues that need to be resolved on-site.
