Job Description:
- Plan quality inspections
- Review and approval for Inspection and Test Plans
- QA/QC documents and manufacturing procedures Manage / Execute quality inspections
- Report inspections
- Collect Compliance documentation
- Check and collect Supplier manufacturing Data Records (MDR)
- Follow-up corrective actions
- Plan and Manage expediting
- Execute expediting activities
- Review Progress report and send it for POC accrual
- Collect and report supplier progress and performance
- Witness inspections, report and follow-up punch list items
- Arrange for markup versions for as-built documentation
- Ensure proper fulfilment of all QEHS rules and regulations of Metso, Customer and local legislation
Who you are
- Possess a solid understanding of quality assurance and control processes, including inspections, compliance, and supplier documentation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, plan inspections, and coordinate expediting activities effectively.
- Experienced in preparing reports, collecting manufacturing data records, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Familiar with QEHS requirements, customer standards, and local legislation, with a strong commitment to compliance and safety.
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and other standard business applications.
- Previous experience in a quality, inspection, or related administrative role is considered an asset.
- Willing to be based in Söğüt/Bilecik and committed to fulfilling any relocation or work permit requirements related to the role.
