Introduction
We are seeking a QA/QC Inspector to join our project team supporting a costumer Project in Söğüt, Bilecik. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing quality inspections, reviewing supplier documentation, and ensuring compliance with Metso, customer, and local standards. Your work will play a crucial part in maintaining product integrity and ensuring that all equipment and materials meet the highest quality and safety requirements.
This position is based in Söğüt, Bilecik, Türkiye.

We work closely with suppliers, engineering teams, project management, and client representatives, ensuring smooth coordination across all manufacturing and inspection stages.

What you’ll do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute quality inspections at supplier and manufacturing sites.
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), QA/QC documents, and manufacturing procedures.
- Verify compliance documentation and collect Supplier Manufacturing Data Records (MDR).
- Report inspection findings, manage punch lists, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Plan and execute expediting activities to ensure timely supplier progress.
- Review supplier performance and progress reports for POC accrual.
- Prepare markup versions for as-built documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with all QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) standards of Metso, the Customer, and local regulations.
Who you are
- Possess a solid understanding of quality assurance and control processes, including inspections, compliance, and supplier documentation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, plan inspections, and coordinate expediting activities effectively.
- Experienced in preparing reports, collecting manufacturing data records, and maintaining structured documentation.
- Familiar with QEHS requirements, customer standards, and local legislation, with a strong commitment to compliance and safety.
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, and able to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a quality, inspection, or related administrative role is considered an asset.
- Willing to be based in Söğüt, Bilecik, and meet any relocation or work permit requirements related to the role.
