Pump field Service Engineer
Introduction
We are seeking a Pump field Service Engineer to join our Pump Sales team. You will be responsible for executing the yearly sales plan, covering aftermarket of Pumps, Hydrocyclone, Hoses and Valves. Your role involves generating new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships and support on troubleshooting. You will play a crucial part in driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and strengthening our market presence.
This position is mainly located in Ankara.

We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales managers, customer service teams, and technical support specialists, ensuring seamless communication and effective sales execution. Our team culture is all about collaboration, customer-centricity, and technical excellence.
What you’ll do
- Execute the yearly sales plan, identifying new business opportunities and maximizing sales within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers at all organizational levels, particularly with maintenance teams, supervisors, and operators.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, product details, reliability improvement, spare parts optimization, wear life optimization, life time extension trials, root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on field support whenever necessary to assist customers in resolving operational and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong company image by demonstrating professionalism, in-depth product knowledge, and an understanding of customer needs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth flow of communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support customers in inventory management and spare parts planning to optimize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
- Travel extensively for client meetings, industry events, and on-site sales and technical support activities.
Who you are!
- Must possess an engineering degree, technical qualification, vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on industry experience in mechanical, maintenance, industrial, or related fields.
- Preferably have 5-10 years of experience as Sales / Technical Support in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical equipment, industrial machinery, maintenance practices, and mining or mineral processing operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Knowledge of business transactions, including costing, pricing, profit calculations, and contract terms.
- Demonstrated understanding of equipment performance, failure modes, reliability issues, and operational challenges within industrial or mining environments.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions in the field.
- Must have a valid driver's license and exprienced driver.
- Prepared to work flexible work hours to meet deadlines when required
