Purpose of the Position
Manage all the internal cargo process,
Answer and coordinate the all the phone calls,
Organize hotel accomodations,
Rent a car and flight tickets. perform clerical, administrative and general support duties according to established guidelines and procedures so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
Organize meetings and events, and make travel arrangements.
Provide timely and effective general administrative support to an office, department, or other organization in company.

Basic requirements of the Position
University Degree at Logistics, Business Administiration or similar department

English level at least upper intermediate 
Good communication skills 
Capability to work with different tasks at same time
