Introduction:

We are looking for highly diligent candidates with an excellent work background of quality assurance and quality management systems.

He ensures that the company's products meet quality standards before they go to market. Their primary responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards, and developing quality control processes.

 

Job Location -Alwar (Rajasthan)

 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the incoming and supplier parts inspection.
  • Responsible for Vendor evaluation/Re-evaluation and upgradation.
  • Responsible for new product development activities.
  • Responsible for root cause analysis of in-process issues and customer complaints and taking corrective & preventive actions.
  • Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.
  • Actively participate in production meetings with the manufacturing team.
  • Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
  • Developing quality control processes and testing of assembled machined as per specification.
  • Performing /conducting Internal Audit / Supplier Audit & Management Review Meetings.
  • IMS implementation as per ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018.

 

Who you are:

  • Engineering diploma /degree in Mechanical from any reputed college/ University.
  • Looking for working experience of 4 -12 years in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing industry.
  • Not Mandatory but if he should be NDT Level II (UT, MPI,DP, VT).
  • Having good knowledge of manufacturing process like fabrication, machining and painting.
  • Having knowledge of commercial items like hydraulics fittings, hoses ,electrical parts and other industrial accessories.
  • I must have good knowledge and experience on Quality Tools as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP.
  • Familiar with company and industry quality standards and processes.
  • Familiar with industry quality standards and processes. (Indian Standards, EN, DIN standards .. understand and use for material specifications and verification)
  • Self-motivated approach, ability to work independently and make decisions, at the same time goal and success oriented.
  • Expertise in Hydraulics fittings, Hoses, tubes and Proprietary parts.
  • Daily & Monthly MIS For Suppliers Quality Rating with rejection analysis & Concrete Corrective actions.
  • Supplier Assessment for process and product up gradation with Monthly review.
  • Defects Root cause analysis, appropriate corrective & Preventive action implementation with systematic approach.
  • Strong Hand on Data analysis, Quality tools like Pareto Analysis, 8D, MIS and PPT preparation for presentation on various events like MRM, Training etc.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
  • Good working expertise of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
