Introduction

 

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the global Screening Business Line, focusing on vibrating screens and associated spare and wear parts used in mining and construction applications.

 

This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing major customer claims, ensuring adherence to internal processes, and driving effective claim resolution in collaboration with global teams.

 

You will play a key role in improving product quality, ensuring structured documentation practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business line.

 

Job Location -Alwar (Rajasthan)

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Manage and track major customer claims in SAP and Salesforce, ensuring timely progress and closure.
  • Ensure compliance with internal case-handling processes, documentation standards, and governance guidelines.
  • Collect, validate, and document detailed technical information related to claims, including photos, inspection reports, measurements, and part history.
  • Support root-cause analysis (RCA) and follow-up of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate communication between Product Managers, regional teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders to align actions and resolutions.
  • Prepare statistics, dashboards, reports, and action plans for major claims and quality KPIs.
  • Maintain structured documentation of claim cases, decisions, analysis outcomes, and resolutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives linked to product quality, recurring failures, and process enhancements.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices to strengthen global quality performance.

 

Who you are

 

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical details, mechanical components, and engineering concepts related to vibrating screens and heavy equipment.
  • Strong capability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce (mandatory/preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analytics, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work closely with global, cross‑functional teams across time zones.
  • High attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in mining, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in quality management, product support, or aftermarket roles is beneficial.
