Introduction
We are looking for an HR Officer to join our Human Resources team in Alwar, India. In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining HR processes, and contributing to employee engagement and development initiatives. Your work will help create a positive employee experience while ensuring smooth and effective HR operations.
This position is based in Alwar and is offered through a third-party employment arrangement.
Team you will belong to
You will become part of the local Human Resources team supporting our manufacturing operations and employees in Alwar. The team works closely with managers, employees, recruitment teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services and foster an engaging workplace culture.

What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities and joining formalities for new employees.
- Support pre-joining documentation, induction programmes, orientation activities, and employee integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with company processes.
- Respond to employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with employee relations activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development activities, including training calendars, nominations, and records.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, onboarding metrics, and HR management information system data.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
What you'll bring
- MBA in Human Resources
- Experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee lifecycle management
- Knowledge of employee relations processes and employee engagement activities
- Experience supporting training and development coordination and administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an advantage
