Introduction

We are seeking an Engineer, Machining to join our Machine Shop Operations team. You will be 
responsible for ensuring excellence in productivity, quality, delivery, and compliance through advanced 
CNC machining and process optimization. Your role plays a crucial part in driving operational excellence, 
continuous improvement, and achieving key machining plant KPIs related to safety, productivity, quality, 
efficiency, and delivery. In this position, you will report to the Machine Shop Deputy Manager. 

This position is mainly located in Alwar Rajasthan India,

You will join a team of experienced machining professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality 
machining solutions for heavy engineering components. The team focuses on achieving operational 
excellence through advanced CNC machining technologies, process improvements, and adherence to 
world-class manufacturing standards 

We work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, 
and Engineering to ensure smooth execution of machining operations and continuous process 
optimization. 

The members in our team are in Alwar. 

 

What you’ll do: 

Ensure adherence to safety standards and drive continuous improvement across key machining plant 
KPIs, including safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, and delivery. 

 

Who you are: 

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. 
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on machining experience, preferably on HBM and VTL machines. 
· Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, machining processes, and inspection techniques. 
· Experience operating and optimizing CNC machines such as HMC, VMC, Turning Centres, VTL, 
HBM, Vertical Turning Centres, and Turn-Mills. 
· Experience in machining large steel parts (more than 1 meter in size or weighing over 1 ton). 
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions. 
· Proficiency in documentation and Microsoft Office applications. 
· Knowledge of SAP, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM will be considered an advantage. 
· Hands-on experience in heavy component machining is highly preferred.
