Introduction

We are seeking an Engineer for Product Data Administration responsible for managing the Screening BL data in the ERP (SAP) software aligning and prioritizing the requests from multiple stakeholders within the Screening BL

Ability to understand machines, components and their functionality and effectively use technical knowledge to support Data driven tasks

Proactive working to resolve the concerns by cross functional collaboration.

Sound working knowledge on the SAP required.

Team, you belong to

As member of the team, you will support the Master Data Maintenance working with Global Product Managers and targets aligned with the Aftermarket Business Strategy of the Screening BL

What you’ll do

Inventory reduction through the following actions:

• Remove part number duplicates
• Quality improvement in Master data (update missing parameters / fields)
• Setting correct information for parts replacements in ERP

Enabling AM business through

• Monthly check of Sold machines in Install base
• Support Recommended Spares list for global equipment range

Relationships:

• Work with Global and Regional Product Managers to align and drive targets
• Interact with multiple stakeholders such as Global Planner, Technology and Regional Engineers
• Interact with Cross functions factory teams globally.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in mechanical engineering.
• 1-3 experience with a heavy industry working with the data related domains
• Sound Knowledge of the ERP package SAP-PMM S4 HANA
• Hands on experience with the 3D software (Inventor) and PLM software (Teamcenter)
•  Should be a quick learner, smart thinker, and exhibit knowledge and skills for process improvement
• Language skills: Fluent verbal/written English required
• Accountability, Quality and OTD is a must
• Adaptable and flexible to support Cross Functional Teams globally involving different time zones
