The Marketing Trainee role is essential to support the Marketing department in delivering day-to-day operational activities and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives across the Central Asia  region.

The position provides operational and administrative support in the following key areas:

• Managing marketing documentation and administrative processes, including purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, vendor documentation, and internal approvals.
• Coordinating and communicating with external suppliers, agencies, printing companies, event organizers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing services and materials.
• Supporting the planning and execution of external customer events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and internal employee engagement activities.
• Assisting with event logistics, registrations, invitations, venue coordination, promotional materials, and on-site event support.
• Coordinating the production, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials, branded merchandise, and promotional items.
• Supporting marketing campaigns by preparing presentations, updating marketing databases, maintaining digital assets, and coordinating communication materials.
• Coordinating shipment and logistics of marketing materials and exhibition equipment across the region.
• Supporting CRM and lead management activities after events, including collection and processing of customer information.
• Providing general administrative support to the regional marketing team
