Key Responsibilities

Manage the Vice President’s document workflow, including drafting correspondence, requests, and reports; compiling and processing documentation; ensuring proper document storage; and preparing and timely transferring completed files to the archive in accordance with the records retention schedule.

Receive incoming correspondence addressed to the President and ensure its prompt distribution to the relevant departments or individuals for further action in line with established decisions.

Review and analyze documents; edit and format draft materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with corporate standards.

Maintain written and verbal communication with government authorities; organize and coordinate business meetings and conferences (both in-person and virtual).

Plan and coordinate meetings chaired by the Vice President, including notifying participants of time, location, and agenda, as well as collecting and distributing required materials.

Arrange and coordinate the Vice President’s business travel, including transfers, hotel reservations, and flight bookings.

Ensure strict confidentiality of official information, prevent disclosure of sensitive data obtained during document processing, and comply with commercial confidentiality requirements.

Prepare regular reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and handle diverse assignments.
- Advanced computer skills; excellent command of PowerPoint.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (mandatory).
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- High level of independence and accountability.
- Positive attitude, energy, and proactivity.
