We are seeking a Process Coordinator, to join our Repairs Team. The successful candidate will manage and control the repairs receiving, identification and releasing process.
They will manage the incoming components, allocating reference numbers, identifying correct part numbers, selection of bill of material and final release and notification.
In this position, you will report to the Repair Centre Manager – Africa.
This position is mainly located in Alrode, Gauteng.
THE TEAM YOU BELONG TO
- You will join the Repairs Team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as the Repairs Team, Quality Management, Vendors, Suppliers, Customers and Internal Stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Receive delivery notes
- Identify components
- Allocate reference numbers
- Open repairs receive form
- Open notification
- Evaluate component to determine scope for strip process
- Various vendors, will be required to visit Vendors
- Strip instructions to Vendors
- Evaluate through std agreed rates strip/clean/inspection cost with Vendors
- Receives inspection reports from Vendors
- Evaluate reports/ identify correct BOM for each component
- Send all documents for repair scope and planning
- Manage and control of documents
- Release notes,
- Quality
- Invoicing
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- On-time delivery with the correct material, parts, and quality
- Compliance to the quality management system
- Liaison between Metso and the customer, ensuring all expectations are met from both parties
WHO YOU ARE
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Qualified artisan, fitting or turning would be an advantage
- Microsoft office skills
- SAP & RMS knowledge would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment
- Valid driver’s license
