一、岗位基本信息岗位核心定位 聚焦矿山选矿装备健康度智能管理相关的算法设计、研发、落地迭代与技术优化工作。依托矿山设备运行多源数据，搭建工业级AI智能诊断与运维算法体系，实现设备故障预判、健康评估、维护建议、服务推荐等功能，赋能机械设备智能化升级。

二、主要岗位职责算法开发基于设备振动、温度、电流、压力、转速等多源传感数据， 负责设备故障诊断、异常识别、寿命预测、健康状态评级、智能诊断等算法与解决方案研发开发适配矿山设备与业务需求的算法，解决矿山设备噪声干扰大、故障样本稀缺、多部件耦合故障等问题负责算法工程化迭代优化，适配边缘端、云端部署场景，完成算法测试、效果验证、问题复盘与迭代升级，保障模型在实际生产场景的稳定性、准确性与实时性。梳理设备故障知识库，搭建标准化故障诊断算法流程与解决方案模板，支撑产品标准化、规模化落地。技术落地与项目协同参与智能化产品需求评审、技术方案评审，输出算法设计文档、技术方案、测试报告等标准化技术资料。配合软硬件开发、工程实施、产品落地团队，完成算法嵌入、联调测试、现场试点落地，解决项目落地过程中的各类算法技术问题。跟踪行业矿山智能诊断、工业AI运维前沿技术，开展技术预研与创新落地，持续提升智能化产品核心竞争力。负责核心算法知识产权沉淀，牵头相关技术专利、软著的申报与撰写。

三、任职资格要求学历与专业硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机科学、控制工程、机械工程等相关专业工作经验5年及以上工业AI、设备故障诊断、智能运维算法研发经验，有矿山机械、工程机械、工业装备智能化项目落地经验者优先。具备独立负责工业设备健康诊断、预测性维护、智能运维算法项目全流程经验，可独立完成方案设计、算法研发、模型迭代与工程落地。有矿山设备多源传感数据处理、工况建模、故障识别、设备健康评估相关项目经验者优先。专业技能扎实的AI算法功底，精通机器学习、深度学习、时序数据分析、信号处理、特征工程、模式识别等核心技术，熟练掌握主流算法，熟悉小样本学习、迁移学习在设备健康度场景的应用。精通工业传感数据处理，熟练掌握振动、温度、电流等设备运行数据的降噪、清洗、时域/频域/时频域分析、小波变换、特征筛选等技术，能够解决工业噪声干扰、样本不均衡等实际问题。熟练使用Python、MATLAB等主流相关算法开发工具，熟悉模型训练、调优、轻量化、部署全流程，了解云边协同算法部署逻辑。具备较强的工业场景问题拆解能力，可结合设备机械机理、生产工艺，设计贴合实际工况的算法方案，兼顾算法精度与工程实用性。

四、优先条件1. 拥有矿山机械、工程机械故障诊断、智能运维相关专利、论文、技术成果者；2. 熟悉矿山设备全生命周期管理、数字孪生、云边协同智能运维技术者；
