Location: Šiauliai, Lithuania | Manufacturing site

Metso is a global leader in industrial process solutions, driven by sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead our Customer Order, Production Planning and Purchasing teams at the Šiauliai manufacturing site.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Customer Order, Production Planning and Purchasing departments, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, fire safety, and Metso global policies and procedures.
  • Implement Metso’s strategy, vision, and global operating models within the teams.
  • Monitor performance and achieve departmental targets through defined KPIs.
  • Ensure procurement and production planning activities are executed in SAP.
  • Secure optimal purchasing outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Manage production capacity planning and proactively address deviations from production plans.
  • Drive LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Develop, motivate, and engage the team, supporting competence and leadership development.
  • Represent the Šiauliai manufacturing site in global supply chain forums and meetings.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred in engineering, manufacturing, or technical fields).
  • At least 3 years of relevant leadership experience in supply chain, production planning, or procurement.
  • Solid understanding of LEAN methodologies and process improvement.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).

Salary: 3300-4000 eur/month
