Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes: supplier search, contract signing, documentation handling;
- Negotiate with suppliers and analyze pricing, quality, and delivery terms;
- Prepare procurement contracts in line with Lithuanian law and global procurement standards;
- Maintain a sustainable and cost-efficient supplier base;
- Operate daily procurement tasks using ERP system SAP;
- Collaborate with production planning, engineering, technical, and customer order teams;
- Monitor and improve KPIs to meet performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Higher education (preferably in supply chain, economics, or engineering);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management;
- Experience in contract preparation and supplier negotiations;
- Familiarity with business systems (Power BI, Jaggaer, Sievo, Basware – a plus);
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma principles;
- Ability to present reports and performance results clearly;
- Basic understanding of technical drawings;
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian (spoken and written).
Salary: 2200-2400 eur/month gross
