Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes: supplier search, contract signing, documentation handling;
• Negotiate with suppliers and analyze pricing, quality, and delivery terms;
• Prepare procurement contracts in line with Lithuanian law and global procurement standards;
• Maintain a sustainable and cost-efficient supplier base;
• Operate daily procurement tasks using ERP system SAP;
• Collaborate with production planning, engineering, technical, and customer order teams;
• Monitor and improve KPIs to meet performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Higher education (preferably in supply chain, economics, or engineering);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management;
• Experience in contract preparation and supplier negotiations;
• Familiarity with business systems (Power BI, Jaggaer, Sievo, Basware – a plus);
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills in Lithuanian and English;
• Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma principles;
• Ability to present reports and performance results clearly;
• Basic understanding of technical drawings;
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (spoken and written).

Salary: 2200-2400 eur/month gross
