Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end production planning process, from capacity planning to final product completion.
  • Ensure and maintain consistent standard lead times based on production planning procedures.
  • Release production orders once material availability is confirmed.
  • Monitor KPI performance, identify causes of deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and regularly update production capacities for assigned work centers.
  • Use, track, and keep the graphical production planning module up to date.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding production delivery timelines.
  • Initiate, propose, and implement improvement projects within the department.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Higher education (university or college degree).
  • Experience working with SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to solve various challenges in a fast‑changing environment.

Salary

€2000–€2500 gross per month
Annual bonuses provided
