Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – Metal Coating and Rubber Preparation Departments

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing the activities of the Metal Coating or Rubber Preparation departments, ensuring accountability for results;
• Managing production processes to efficiently fulfill orders based on established KPIs;
• Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards in production processes;
• Planning team tasks, developing employee competencies, and motivating the team;
• Analyzing performance results and preparing reports using ERP systems such as SAP;
• Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous operational improvement;
• Identifying and solving problems with a focus on long-term efficiency;
• Participating in process improvement projects and implementing Lean methodologies.

Your Skills and Qualities:

• Proven leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, with an advantage for experience in metal or rubber processing industries;
• Technical or engineering education (preferred);
• Strong understanding of production processes and the ability to optimize them;
• Practical experience with Lean methodology;
• Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work culture;
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage;
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
