Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain occupational health and safety documentation in compliance with local regulatory requirements;
  • Organize, conduct, and oversee occupational risk assessments in accordance with legal standards;
  • Deliver safety instructions to employees as per employer-defined procedures;
  • Plan and facilitate training sessions on occupational health and safety topics;
  • Design and implement preventive measures to reduce workplace accidents and occupational illnesses;
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations across the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting;
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian occupational health and safety legislation and its practical application;
  • Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English;
  • Proficient in computer literacy;
  • Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.

Salary: €2000–2400/month (gross)
Annual performance bonuses available
