Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain occupational health and safety documentation in compliance with local regulatory requirements;
- Organize, conduct, and oversee occupational risk assessments in accordance with legal standards;
- Deliver safety instructions to employees as per employer-defined procedures;
- Plan and facilitate training sessions on occupational health and safety topics;
- Design and implement preventive measures to reduce workplace accidents and occupational illnesses;
- Monitor and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations across the company.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting;
- Strong knowledge of Lithuanian occupational health and safety legislation and its practical application;
- Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English;
- Proficient in computer literacy;
- Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.

Salary: €2500–2800/month (gross)
