Primary Job Functions:

  • Ensure compliance of all HR management documentation and actions with current labor laws;
  • Conduct personnel search and selection processes;
  • Coordinate, create, and manage documents for hiring, modifying employment contracts, and terminations in line with current labor laws;
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans for new employees;
  • Manage working time records, work schedules, and employee competency assessments;
  • Assist department managers with HR management issues, collaborate, and prepare reports;
  • Update HR management procedures, policies, regulations, and principles according to Metso's global HR management standards;
  • Enhance the company's culture and value foundation;
  • Participate in various HR management projects.

 

Required Competencies:

  • Higher or secondary education;
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR management;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

 

Base salary: 1600-2200 eur/month gross
