Introduction

We are looking for a Customer Claim Quality Engineer to join our CNS Regional Quality – ECA & AFR team. In this role, you will lead the technical management of customer claims, drive root cause investigations, coordinate corrective actions, and support continuous improvement across the region.

What you'll do

Manage customer claims from intake through technical assessment, RCA, CAPA and closure.
Perform failure analysis and investigate product, material and process-related issues.
Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why and Ishikawa methodologies.
Review warranty claims and provide technical recommendations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Business Lines to implement improvements.
Drive claim reduction and share lessons learned across sites and regions.

Who you are

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience in quality engineering, customer claims, RCA and CAPA within manufacturing or heavy industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and quality systems is an advantage.
Fluent English and excellent stakeholder management skills.
